Shipping Information

Unless specified otherwise the following methods will be used.

  • For packed weights up to 5Kg, Australia Post Express Post Satchels at cost. Typical delivery times of two working days can be expected.
  • For packed weights up to 5Kg, when delivery is time is not critical we will use Australia Post Parcel Post Satchel at cost. Typical delivery of 7 days can be expected.
  • For packed weights greater than 5Kg we will use multiple satchels, as above.
  • Customers may also select their own freight service, for which they have an account, and freight will be charged to the Receiver. Note that most freight services pick up early in the day and orders may not be packed in time, in which case pick up can be delayed by a day.

In the case where we do not have sufficient stock to complete your order, we will check whether you can accept partial deliveries. Sending of backorders, by separate delivery, will incur additional freight charges, at cost.

Payments

For initial orders from new customers paying by bank transfer will be required at the time of ordering. Subsequently, you may request an account with payment required within 30 days of the month of invoice.

Returns

Returns of normally stocked items may be accepted, subject to our approval, and refund, with freight at the customer’s cost. For non-stocked, specially ordered items, please contact us. A refund may not be available.

In the unlikely event of faulty products, please return them to us promptly and preferably including the PISCO packaging which will show a product code. Your order number and our invoice number will also assist.
